Partner programme terms

The partner programme brings together resellers (licences in volume) and content creators (promo code and commission). By signing up, you accept the terms below.
1. Access
- Sign-up uses a Google account whose email address is verified.
- One Google account matches one profile: reseller or influencer.
- The account is active as soon as you sign up. You are responsible for access to your account.
2. Resellers
- Licences are bought in lots of 10 to 100. The unit price depends on the tier reached, set by Scooter Tuning App.
- Each licence bought becomes a credit. One credit activates one scooter, for a customer or for yourself.
- Credits are not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
3. Influencers
- You have 15% to split between the discount offered to your followers and your commission.
- Your commission is calculated on the amount paid by your followers, VAT included, at the rate of the code at the time of sale.
- A sale that is refunded or cancelled earns no commission.
- Commissions are paid once a month by bank transfer, after confirmation in your partner space.
4. Rules of use
- No spam and no unsolicited messages.
- No misleading advertising, in particular about performance, legality or product warranty.
- You must clearly state that the content is a paid partnership.
5. Suspension
- In case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms, the account may be suspended. A suspended account loses access, and a suspended promo code stops working.
- Commissions already earned on valid sales remain due.
6. Trademarks
- Scooter Tuning App is not affiliated with Segway and is not approved or endorsed by that brand. Model names are cited only to indicate compatibility.
7. Changes
- These terms may change. Partners are informed in their partner space.
